The release of TAKS-Return™ 2010 is being delayed until the 2010 Data File Format is released.

Is it possible to get a printout of each campus without having to run them all separately?

Yes. Select the report you want to run, with the parameters you want, and next to the "Run Report" button you will see th option to "Print All".

Version 8.1.1.9

Enhanced the Ratings Prediction Summary report. Added footer information and cleaned up the report in general. Also changed the color coding scheme. Instead of red text when TPM, RI, or Exceptions are used, the report now highlights that information in yellow.

I will be enhancing all the reports the next couple of days, so if you have suggestions now would be a good time to bring them up.

Others may disagree, but I would prefer the RI column to come before the TPM column on the Ratings Prediction Summary Report so that it matches the order in which TEA applies each feature.

I think we shall find out if others disagree or not. I remember this being brought up at the user group as well, I don't remember any disagreement then. Anyway a poll is up and will decide what we are going to do about this.

Thanks for the suggestion Zack.

Poll is here. http://forum.slickowl.co...=posts&m=166#post166

I agree with Zack. It would be helpful if the RI column preceded the TPM column.

I just updated and only got to 8.1.2.1. Is another update already in the pipeline or is that a typo in your prior message?

Thanks,

Zack

TAKS RETURN
Loaded April Grade 5 & * RETEST
Campus data summary reports did not change 2010 % passing rate with schools that had a lot pass the retest.
Reports the same as primary results for all schools
Have done all updates
Reloaded all data two times as requested.
How can I correct this problem?

Version 8.2.0.1 -- Corrected problem with students who switched from TAKS or TAKS-Accommodated to TAKS-M. The program was changing their test version to TAKS-M and therefore dropping them from the accountability subset.

Version 8.2.0.3 - Added ability to load correction files.

Version 8.2.0.4 - Added progress indicator to load correction files processing window.

Is TAKS-Return processing TPM for retesters by using the best TPM result? If not, what is it doing? We have a campus where this may be the difference between Recognized and Exemplary.

Thanks,
